Refund Policy

At Natalie's baked goods, every order is made fresh and with care. Because my products are custom- made and perishable, this refund policy explains when refunds or replacements may be offered.

1. All Sales Are Final 

All baked goods are made to order, so all sales are final.

i do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong item

  • disliking a flavor or design you selected 

2. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund

  • After ingredients have been purchased or baking has begun, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Pickup and Delivery Issues

To keep your order fresh and safe:

  • If you miss your pickup time, the order may not be eligible for refund or remake.

  • If you choose delivery, you are responsible for providing a correct address and being available to receive the order.

4. Quality Concerns 

I want you to love your order. If there is an issue:

  • Contact me within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

  • Provide photos of the product and a description of the concern.

If the issue is due to a mistake on my part, i may offer:​

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

  • A remake of the item

This is determined on a case‑by‑case basis based on the nature of the concern and the condition of the returned product (if applicable).​

5. No Refunds for Improper Handling

i cannot offer refunds for issues caused by:

  • Not storing items properly

  • Leaving items in a hot car

  • Damage after pickup or delivery

  • Not following provided care instructions

Once the order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for proper handling transfers to the customer.

6. Custom Orders

Custom cakes, cupcakes, and specialty items require time and materials. These orders:

  • Are non‑refundable once work has begun

  • May require a non‑refundable deposit

  • Cannot be canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery
